Are your goggles coming off when you dive?

A common problem that many swimmers have is that their goggles come off when they dive in. Sometimes this is caused by improperly fitted goggles and it may help you to find a better goggle. Check out djsports.com for a different style. The major cause that I have found for goggles falling off when you dive in would be the swimmers head position during the dive. What happens is your head is up and you are looking forward down the end of the pool. This is good except you need to tuck your head before entering the water. Make sure that you have your chin down close to your chest and you will keep your swimming goggles on your eyes.
